Sectra Engineering Solutions Awarded Long-Term Agreement by WFP for Nationwide Seismic Assessment of Critical Facilities
Spectra Engineering Solutions (SES) has been awarded a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) by the World Food Programme (WFP) to conduct seismic assessments and recommend rehabilitation measures for WFP buildings across Pakistan.
As part of contract PAK/2025/037, SES will provide multi-year technical services including structural evaluation, seismic risk classification, and retrofit design for warehouses, offices, and staff housing units. The project aims to enhance safety, operational continuity, and climate resilience in one of the world’s most earthquake-vulnerable regions.

The project will adhere to international frameworks such as ASCE 41-17, FEMA 356, and BCP 2021, combining local field expertise with global best practices. Services include geotechnical surveys, performance-based structural analysis, risk scoring, rehabilitation planning, and reporting.
